Set goals. Measure outcomes.
Brighten your future.
Hello and Welcome!
This webpage summarizes 25 years of my professional experience.
You should first know I am passionate about teaching and learning and serving vulnerable populations. My career and service commitments reflect these core values.
It is also important for me to understand systems from multiple perspectives. I have been on the front lines of both making big new ideas come to life as an external evaluator and grant writer, and experiencing some of the intended impacts as a public school teacher.
I am also a stakeholder investor. I have collaborated with impact-oriented leaders ranging from internationally recognized experts to local school boards to teachers and students. For example, I have both worked directly with US Secretary of Education Arne Duncan and overseen millions of competitively funded dollars, and also nagged freshmen about submitting their late Biology assignments. Equally important for learning systems. Equally engaging for me.
